Scratch is completely free for clients. Photographers who want to offer services subscribe to Photographer Pro for $9.99/month, which starts with a 30-day free trial.
How do I book a photographer?
Open the app, find a photographer near you on the map, review their portfolio and rates, pick an open time from their availability calendar and send a booking request. You can message them in-app to lock in the details.
How do photographers get paid?
Photographers set their own hourly rate and service pricing, shown upfront to clients. You coordinate and confirm each booking directly with your client through the app.
Can I be both a client and a photographer?
Yes. A single Scratch account lets you switch between "Book a Session" and the "Freelance Hub" with one tap — no need for two accounts.
Which devices are supported?
Scratch is available on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
